Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch preparation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festive seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any free-shipping offers or promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website.


Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active depending on the courier partner.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment regularly.


Delivery Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including address, PIN code, and contact number.

  • The Football Aficionado is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

  • Any issue related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and a complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product) are mandatory to raise a claim.

  • Claims without proper photos and unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

  • Orders returned to origin due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts will be marked as RTO.

  • No refunds will be provided in case of repeated RTOs.

  • In such cases, the order will be re-shipped only, subject to additional shipping charges, which must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.


Lost Shipments

  • In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation and resolution as per their policies.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, available on the website.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.


Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
