How long does it take to process my order?

No. We do not offer returns once the order is successfully delivered.

Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
All exchange-related shipping charges must be paid by the

Are customized orders eligible for return or exchange?
No. Customized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
What if I receive a defective product?
Report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video.
What if I receive the wrong product?
We will arrange pickup, inspect the item, and send the
correct jersey.
Why is an unboxing video mandatory?
It helps verify product condition and delivery issues.
What happens if I don’t provide an unboxing video?
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
What is Partial COD?
Partial COD requires 200 advance payment; the balance is paid on
delivery.
Is the advance payment refundable?
No. Advance payments are non-refundable.
What happens if my order is returned to origin (RTO)?
No refund is issued; re-shipping is done with extra charges.
Do you block COD for repeated RTOs?
Yes, COD may be disabled for repeated RTO cases.
What quality jerseys do you sell?
