Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Football Aficionado, every jersey is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. As we deal in apparel and customized products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation

• An order is considered successfully placed and confirmed once payment is completed.
• An order is considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by our courier partner.

No Returns / No Refunds

• We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is successfully delivered.
• Customers are advised to carefully review product details, images, and size charts before placing an order.

Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

• We offer exchange only in case of size-related issues.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of successful delivery.

The product must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition with tags intact
• All shipping charges for size exchange (pickup and re-delivery) must be borne by the customer.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Orders

• Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Please ensure all customization details (name, number, size, etc.) are correct before placing the order.

Defective or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

• A defective product, or
• A wrong product

We will take full responsibility.

Process

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of successful delivery.
• Clear photos and a complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product) are mandatory for verification.

Once Approved

• We will arrange pickup at our cost
• The returned jersey will be inspected by our team
• The correct or replacement jersey will be dispatched at no additional cost

Important Conditions

• Claims without clear photos and unboxing video will not be entertained.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or tampering are not eligible for exchange.
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• Customers are requested to confirm all details carefully before completing the payment.

Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts are marked as RTO.
• No refunds will be issued for repeated RTO cases.
• Orders will be re-shipped only, subject to additional shipping charges, payable by the customer before re-dispatch.
